Return Policy

How To Return An Item

-If box is damaged before opening. Take Pictures of before opening and after. We pack very well. Good chance it will be safe. If not proceed to send pictures in. 
- email us at (Moorepops2022@gmail.com) with photos of the product and description of the damage(s).

- or Text/call #(913)360-9427 with your order # and name.
-All returns must be within 30 days. No exceptions.
-Custom handmade items are final sale. No exceptions.

Sending the item back
-You will receive an Email with the return shipping label.

-Package the item as nicely as you can! 

-Ship it out in the next 2 business days. 

-Ask local post office any questions you may have about the shipping process.


Getting Your Refund
-If item is returned has signs of use, or damages that did not happen during transit. Shipping fees will be taken out of refund.

-Refunds do not get process until item Has Been shipped back and inspected.
-Refunds go back to your original payment method and are typically available within 7-10 business days.
